Introduction
This document establishes the Privacy Policy for the APCO-MS Web site at http://apco-ms.org. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the APCO-MS.org site. This Privacy Policy governs only the APCO-MS.org site, and does not affect any other APCO-MS or APCO International entities.
Changes To The Privacy Policy
All personal identifiable information that is collected, stored, and maintained by APCO-MS.org will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection. APCO-MS.org reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion, and will post these changes on the APCO-MS.org site. If you do not agree to such changes, you must notify APCO-MS.org within thirty (30) days of the date the changes are posted to the site. After that time, you agree to allow your information to be used under the new Privacy Policy.

The APCO-MS.org site contains links to external resources (including documents, files, multimedia, sites, and other Internet resources), and offers no guarantee of privacy when accessing an external resource. APCO-MS.org accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to the access or use of an external resource through our site. By accessing or using an external resource through our site, you agree to be bound by the external resource's privacy policies and terms of use.
Collection of Personal Information

External sources that are utilized to process requests on your behalf are bound by these same terms.
Your e-mail address will never be shared with an outside source, except when necessary to process such requests as listed above. Your e-mail address may be used for direct communication by authorized APCO-MS representatives, but will not be used for mass-mailing and other purposes without your express consent.
